Read! You must!

Sat Sep 9, 2006, 5:53 PM
Hi guys, I am publishing a magazine that I did independently for my English class. It's about gaming and is called PSMM (click on my feature dev to see the cover page), give it a shot and tell me what you think, kay?

All the page designs and writing were done by me 100 percent and only the in-game screenshots are unoriginal.

Hope you enjoy!

I'm back... or so I think

Wed Aug 9, 2006, 6:28 AM
Guys, I am sorry for disappearing for a whole year. To tell you the truth, life was a little hectic and many things such as school and such kept me from visiting DA often.

Also, I felt that my skills haven't improved enough to justify any of the artworks that I had done to be uploaded here as deviations. But finally, after a whole year, I am back... for how long even I myself cannot say.

(Sorry for never making that 1000 pageview special)

Second of all, YOU GUYS HAVE TO HELP ME! lol What should I do for this 1000 pageviews? I'll Do almost anything as long as it is within my ability! Seriously! 1000 pageviews! WOW!

technical art questions for marks!!

Wed Sep 28, 2005, 5:15 PM
OKay, for my art project at school we have to draw full human figure with foreground, middle ground and back ground clearly indicated.
I'm thinkning that the teacher was expecting all of us to draw a walking or running figure that'[s on the ground. But the one that I've decided to do is a person flying in the air.
I could get the background no problem with it being the sky or a forest. And the foreground could be indicated with a tree or a bird. But what about middle ground?
I have not much understanding for middleground in the first place.

So here are the questions:
What is middle ground exactly?
How could I clearly indicate it around a figure which is not on the ground.

If you are expert enough (As I believe many people here are) could you please give me a brief explanation please?

Thanks!

Before leaving, check out these people and their artworks!!
